This fee helps pay some
of the basic expenses of the festival. If you live outside the USA/Canada
and find this fee prohibitive, please e-mail us. If you live
outside the USA/Canada/Japan and can submit your program
in NTSC then we can waive the application fee.
The Not Still Art Festival is organized by artists without any
major grants or corporate funding. Your application fee actually supports
the basic expenses of the festival: printing, web programming, phone
calls, postage stamps, foreign standards conversion. We hope that
providing an online credit card option helps the application process for
international artists.
